Bergen Fencing Club is one of the US leading Saber clubs. We have fencers of all ages and abilities, from 5-60+ and from beginner to Olympian; new members of any level – including absolute beginners on our regular Beginner classes – are very welcome. We are very proud of our successes in competitions both in the US and Internationally.
Head Coach Oleg Stetsiv: Saber Coach at Princeton University, an “A”-rated fencer, 5 times NAC Veteran Champion. Oleg also works as a referee, officiating events both in the U.S. and abroad. We have a highly experienced COACHING TEAM!
PRE-NATIONALS SUMMER CAMP
Dates: June 25-29, 2023
The clinic is designed for competitive-level fencers.

Explore the art of fencing! Suitable for beginners of all ages with less than 2 years of experience.

- Development of proper skills & techniques.

AMERICAN FENCING ALLIANCE INTERNATIONAL SUMMER CAMP
Dates: Session I: July 22 – July 29 (Youth/CDT/JR)
Dynamo Fencing Center and American Fencing Alliance Corp (AFA) are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2023 International Fencing Camp at Hoosick, NY. Our camp is one of the biggest and strongest in the US! Physical and mental preparation for the new season is the main focus of our camp. Intermediate and advanced high-intensity fencing camp for fencers ages 10+. Get ready for the new season with World-level coaches and top National and foreign cadets and junior fencers!
Hoosac School was founded in Hoosick, New York in 1889. The school is a private co-educational boarding school located in Hoosick, New York. The fencing gym is located in the Athletic Center and has an additional exercise room and swimming pool. All training facilities are minutes walking distance from the dorm and have AC! Three meals (buffet) per day are provided. The campus has 24/7 security guards.
Daily routine practice includes:
- Two fencing practices (Supervised drills, footwork, blade work, and bouts)
- Conditioning training
- USFA sanctioned tournaments
- Swimming pool
- Video review of recent World level events
- Games and other activities
