Alexey is a certified Ukraine National fencing referee and a Certified US National fencing referee with 30+ years of fencing experience. He has represented Ukraine and the Soviet Union in the World Championships and many international tournaments. Alexey has also co-authored a book “Sabre Fencing for Kids”.
In 1990, Alexey received his Fencing Degree from University Republican Secondary boarding school sporting profile. Followed by being evaluated US Licensed Coach in 1994 by the Ukrainian University of Physical Education and Sports
