Eliza Stone became just the fourth U.S. women’s saber fencer in history to win an individual medal at the Senior World Championships, taking bronze on July 24, 2018 in her fifth appearance at the event. She was a member of the third U.S. women’s saber team in history to win gold at the 2014 worlds and also won team bronze in 2013 and 2015.
